We completed a 404,084-square-foot tenant improvement project for Underwood Distribution in Deer Park, delivering a high-performance facility designed to support large-scale logistics and warehousing operations. The build-out included extensive warehouse space with polished concrete floors and high-capacity racking systems, multiple loading docks for efficient distribution, and upgraded utility and electrical infrastructure to support operations. Additional improvements included modern employee facilities such as restrooms, break areas, and office support space, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for staff. This large-scale TI project highlights our ability to deliver on complex industrial and distribution needs with precision, durability, and efficiency.
