ISCO Distribution Facility
This ground-up pre-engineered metal building was constructed to support ISCO’s distribution and operational needs in Houston. The project includes a 40,000 square foot PEMB warehouse with a 1,023 square foot integrated office, designed to balance efficiency, durability, and long-term performance.
Designed in collaboration with LO Architects, the facility features a high-bay, clear-span warehouse layout that allows for flexible racking and material handling. Interior systems were coordinated to support large-scale storage operations while maintaining safety and functionality throughout the space.
The completed facility delivers a clean, modern industrial environment built to support daily operations today while allowing flexibility for future growth.
