Ovinnik Brewing Buildout
This tenant improvement project converted a 7,200-square-foot existing warehouse into a fully operational craft brewery for Ovinnik Brewing. The renovation included upgrades to mechanical and utility systems, integration of specialized brewing equipment, and reconfiguration of the space to support efficient production and workflow.
Designed in collaboration with architect Lori Murphy, the project balances industrial performance with an inviting brewery environment, creating a functional space that supports both brewing operations and the customer experience.
